- Email and payment metadata processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem (card details are handled by Creem / their processors — we do not store card numbers).
- Messages you send to our support email.
How we use it
- Deliver the ZIP / download link after payment.
- Answer support requests and handle refunds under Creem policy.
- Comply with accounting and legal obligations.
Sharing
Payment and tax processing run through Creem. We do not sell your personal data. We may share data when required by law.
Retention
Order and support records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, refunds, and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
Email us to access, correct, or delete support-related data we hold (order records held by Creem follow Creem’s process).
