What you buy

SoloOps Kit is a one-time digital ZIP (prompts, Markdown templates, checklists, and ForceShip CLIs). Price: USD $19 lifetime license. No subscription.

Who processes payment

Checkout is processed by our Merchant of Record (Creem today). Card details never touch SoloOps servers. Their checkout terms apply to the charge.

When refunds apply

For unused or barely used digital goods, we honor refunds within a short window after purchase (typically a few days — confirm the exact window on the Creem checkout / receipt). If you already downloaded and substantially used the pack, refunds may be declined.

How to request

Email harlyhood0717@gmail.com with your purchase email and order/receipt id. We reply within 2 business days (Asia/Shanghai).

Delivery issues

If the download link fails or the ZIP is corrupt, contact support first — we will re-deliver before discussing a refund.
